Our software "N.VAEP RVS ROBOTIC VISION SYSTEM" is the strength of our robotic systems.
Developed by the 'vision' section of N.VAEP, it is able to satisfy the requests of each customer quickly and easily, making available just what it needs.
This system consists of a constantly evolving software that is updated acquiring the know-how by our other systems, while maintaining the customization that we offer to each individual customer.

The new N.VAEP 3D RVS ROBOTIC VISION SYSTEM is an advanced vision system that allows you to identify and pick up all the pieces directly from the box in which they are placed randomly.
Software and hardware have been implemented directly by a specific section of N.VAEP, allowing us to reach levels never find in the field of automation
Through the acquisition module N.VAEP 3D Qube, the system acquires the information of the framed area and processes it in a few tenths of a second. Subsequently he transmits them to the robot in the form of coordinates, taking into account the trajectories and the overall dimensions, in order to pick up the recognized piece.
The quality of the system is in its ease of use: The N.VAEP 3D RVS allows you to create new production projects in just a few steps and to define gripping points and robot dimensions directly through software, without having to acquire any position or information from the robot .
Furthermore, thanks to this new technology, the costs of managing the plant, production change times and total dimensions are reduced to a minimum, for optimal customer satisfaction.

From needs, to project...
Following an initial meeting with the customer, with whom we discuss the needs and idealized production characteristics, our expert team of designers and engineers studies and designs the plant in every single detail.
With the aid of advanced 3D design software as well as sophisticated simulators, we are able to refine, already in the project, the movements and trajectories that will be performed when the machine is working.
The final project is then presented and discussed with the customer who, in addition to consenting to the implementation, may, at his discretion, request the introduction of any customizations.
Automation comes to life...
Every single component of the system is made internally with the best materials on the market, thanks to an expert and specialized staff. Once the system is assembled, a team of softwarers perform pre-testing as well as routine tests, simulating the production or in some cases producing directly the sample-articles provided by the customer
Once completed, the plant is sent to the customer and installed.
At the end, an instruction course on the working machinery is carried out, in order to allow the final operators to concretely acquire the notions for a correct management of the same.
